My Background

Julie Zeglen is the Inquirer's morning newsletter editor. She comes to the role from the Philly-founded tech publication Technical.ly, where she spent five years as managing editor overseeing a team of reporters in Philly, Pittsburgh, Delaware, DC and Baltimore, plus the previous three as editor of then-sister site Generocity. She runs the popular Substack My Favorite Breakup, which shares anonymous breakup stories in 100 words or less. The Temple alumna calls West Philly home.
