Why I save the menus from my favorite meals

At the end of each meal, you’ll find food writer Kiki Aranita tucking the menu into her purse. She usually asks for permission. When the server says, “I’ll just leave a menu here for the table,” she responds, “May I keep one… forever?” These menus are evidence of a good time.
