Workers are 'doubling down' to finish luxury condo building Arthaus in Center City

Because of the pandemic, the construction industry continues to face building material shortages and restrictions on workers that hinder and delay projects. The construction of Arthaus, a luxury condo building in Center City, has continued through rain and snow as workers try to stay on schedule for its February 2022 opening.
