How is Mayor Parker's plan for Philly's trash going so far?

Sanitation workers are part of the striking District Council 33. Mayor Parker’s administration set up temporary drop-off sites across the city, and advised residents to use the city’s six sanitation convenience centers, which are usually staffed by sanitation workers. But that plan had a rocky start.
