More affordable housing is coming to West Philly

The Philadelphia Housing Authority is trying a new approach to public housing. Instead of demolishing Westpark, one of the city’s last high-rise public housing sites, PHA and its redevelopment partners plan to rehab it and triple the number of units on site.
