Pa. man charged with attempted homicide of Gov. Shapiro and his family is in custody

Suspect Cody Balmer, 38, from Harrisburg, walked an hour to the residence before scaling a fence and breaking into the residence. Balmer admitted to “harboring a hatred” toward Gov. Shapiro.
