As polio reemerges in the U.S., survivors reflect on life with post polio syndrome

Polio, a highly infectious disease that can cause paralysis and sometimes death, has reemerged in New York. Philadelphia-area polio survivors share their experiences of living with the debilitating effects of a virus that impacted a generation of Americans. They are living proof of the disease they fear many have forgotten.
