This South Jersey teacher turned his passion for barbecue into a teaching mission

Matt Groark was a health and physical education teacher at Washington Township High School until last year. Now he's known as the "Meat Teacher" and teaches culinary arts. Teaching and barbecue are two of his biggest passions. He launched his own barbeque business, Groark Boys BBQ, in 2018, and was a competitor on Season 2 of Gordon Ramsey’s reality cooking show Next Level Chef.
