Danielle “Weezy” Messina is the beverage director at La Grange, a new French brasserie in Yardley. She's developed a fun cocktail called La Bulle — as in, “the bubble.” It's a mix of Grey Goose, Lillet rosé, fresh grapefruit juice, and a simple syrup made of Dubble Bubble gum. It’s served with a bubblegum lollipop whose stick you can use to pop the bubble. “We want to get people talking,” she said.
