Teen charged with murder in fatal shooting of 12-year-old boy in West Oak Lane
Police have not released the name of the alleged shooter since he is a juvenile.

A 17-year-old boy has been charged with murder in the shooting death Saturday of a 12-year-old boy in West Oak Lane, police said.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting shortly after 12:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of East Pastorius Street.
They found Ethan Parker unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the chest, police said. He was taken to Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 12:51 p.m., police said.
Police on Sunday announced they had identified a 17-year-old inside the Pastorius Street home where the shooting occurred as the shooter. He has been charged with third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and related offenses.
His name has not been released because he is a juvenile.
No motive for the shooting was provided by police, who said their investigation continues.
