Owner Joey Baldino bent the rules for The Inquirer to show off the President’s Room, Palizzi’s intimate upstairs lounge, where you’ll find stiff drinks, tasty bar snacks, and the sultry sounds of Doug Drewes on bass and Huck Browne on guitar.
