South Philly's members-only Palizzi Social Club is one of the most exclusive nightspots in town — so exclusive that photography is not allowed. Owner Joey Baldino bent the rules for The Inquirer to show off the President’s Room, Palizzi’s intimate upstairs lounge, where you’ll find stiff drinks, tasty bar snacks, and the sultry sounds of Doug Drewes on bass and Huck Browne on guitar.
